Piccini's 25 Points Not Enough For Brookdale Women's Loss To Prince George's CC

Largo, MD - The Jersey Blues women played their second game of two on the road in Maryland this weekend against the Owls of Prince George's Community College. The Owls had a deep bench and five players score in double digits which proved to be too much for the Brookdale squad, losing 82-62.

Freshman guard, Gianna Piccini (Keyport High School) was the leading scorer with 25 points, while point guard Melissa Golembieski (Middletown High School North), added 16 points.

The Jersey Blues (0-2) will host their first home game on Tuesday, November 5th, 5:00pm in the Robert J. Collins Arena against the Cougars of Camden County Community College.
