Softball's Jillian Fay Named John Stauff Female Student-Athlete Of The Year

Lincroft, NJ - Following an outstanding year in the classroom, on the field, and her involvement on the Brookdale Community College campus, softball's Jillian Fay was a hands-down excellent selection for the NJCAA Region 19 John Stauff Female Student-Athlete of the Year award. Fay rose to the top through her leadership, integrity, and commitment to excellence.

Jillian is a true scholar-athlete. She maintained a perfect 4.0 GPA and has earned numerous academic honors, including First Team NJCAA All-Academic, All-Region Academic Team, All-GSAC Academic Team, placement on the Dean's List, and membership in the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. On the field, Jillian's performance has been nothing short of stellar. She was named Region 19's Softball Player of the Year, GSAC Softball Player of the Year, and earned spots on the First All-Region Team and First All-GSAC Team. Her athletic excellence also includes recognition as an NJCAA First Team All-American.

Jillian's impact extends beyond academics and athletics. Through her involvement with SAAC, she helped lead several meaningful initiatives, including a campus-wide food drive for Brookdale's Nutrition Hub, a spirited dodgeball tournament and Toys for Tots fundraiser, and a celebratory brunch honoring National Girls & Women in Sports Day—recognizing the legacy and future of Jersey Blues women student-athletes.
