Lincroft, NJ - The Brookdale baseball squad was up 7-0 until the 5th inning when the bats of the Bronx Community College Broncos came alive and errors were strewn on Brookdale's part, allowing five runs. The Blues fought back in the 6th, scoring 11 runs to mercy the Broncos 18-5 in the 7th inning.
Blackwood, NJ - Jersey Blues baseball earned their fourth win in a row after sweeping the Camden County College Cougars in a conference match-up, 7-2, 17-7. The Blues are currently 5-2 in the region, and 4-2 in the GSAC.
Lincroft, NJ - The Brookdale Community College baseball team snagged a win from Pennsylvania's Northampton Community College Spartans, 7-3 in Region 19 play. The Spartans took an early 3-0 lead in the first inning until the Blues cracked the bats in the 2nd, peppering some runs in thereafter, and keeping Northampton scoreless.
Toms River, NJ - After back-to-back losses to conference contender, Ocean County College, the Brookdale Blues came back strong in game three of the series, beating the Vikings, 9-4.
West Windsor, NJ - Despite the Jersey Blues jumping out to an early 2-0 lead and edging Mercer County Community College in hits and walks, the DII Vikings had a late 8th inning rally to push past the Blues, 5-4.
Lincroft, NJ - Brookdale's bats were big as they blanked the Holyoke Community College Cougars in seven innings to improve their record to 4-0. Starting sophomore pitcher, Robert Salvatore, earned the win with seven strikeouts in four innings.
Lincroft, NJ - The Brookdale Jersey Blues baseball squad was triumphant over the DII County College of Morris Titans with an 8-inning, chilly, 10-6 final. Sophomore left-handed pitcher, Brendan Williams (2-0), was credited with the win after allowing only two hits, striking out eight, and walking just four batters in five innings.
