Mulhern Secures DIII Player Of The Week Honors

Lincroft, NJ - Brookdale Community College sophomore center fielder Ray Mulhern earned GSAC DIII Player of the Week honors after an explosive all-around performance for the Jersey Blues.

Mulhern turned in an outstanding week at the plate and on the bases, helping lead Brookdale to a 6-1 stretch against strong competition. The sophomore collected 14 hits, including a triple and a home run, while scoring 17 runs, driving in seven RBI, and stealing six bases.

Brookdale picked up victories over County College of Morris, Ocean County College, and Monroe University during the week, with its lone setback coming against Mercer County Community College.
