Mays Landing, NJ - The Jersey Blues men's basketball team fell to the Buccaneers of Atlantic Cape Community College, 91-89.
Brookdale led at the half, 48-42 before the game went back and forth in the second half. After the team tied the game with 35 seconds remaining, Atlantic Cape hit a running lay-up to win the game. Sophomore forward Terra Gatling posted 22 points, freshman guard Lamar Johnson tallied 21 points, freshman guard Randi Sutton contributed 12 points while sophomore forward Jahmere Calhoun added 16 points.
The team's overall record stands at 4-3. Brookdale will travel home to face the Roadrunners of Rowan College at Gloucester County on Thursday, December 6th at 7:00pm.
