Brookdale Tames Camden Cougars In Season Opener
Lincroft, NJ - The Brookdale men's basketball team defeated the Cougars of Camden County College, 82-68 in the season home opener. Freshman guard Andre Wells and sophomore guard Fres Cabrera led all scorers with 19 points each.

Lincroft, NJ - The Brookdale men's basketball team defeated the Cougars of Camden County College, 82-68 in the season home opener. Freshman guard Andre Wells and sophomore guard Fres Cabrera led all scorers with 19 points each.
The Blues battled back after a slow start to the game to take a 10 point lead going into halftime and never looked back. Freshman center Tim Gjonballa tallied a double-double for 10 points and 11 rebounds while freshman forward Andrew Solomon had a solid game with eight points and nine rebounds.
The team will next take on the Panthers of Passaic County Community College at home on Tuesday, November 16th at 7pm.
