Jersey Blues Men Reign Over The RCSJ-Cumberland Dukes

Lincroft, NJ - The Brookdale men's basketball team ruled over the Dukes of Rowan County South Jersey-Cumberland, holding their own in the Jersey Blues territory with a 99-75 conference win.

Brookdale took reign over the Dukes from start to finish as they spread the wealth with five players scoring in double figures. Freshman forward, Niles Halliburton, lead the reign with 20 points, as freshman guard Andre Wells delivered 15 points. Freshman guard, Devin Strickland, came through with 14 points, and freshman guard, Kevin Mateo, also had 14, while adding seven assists.

Off the bench and ready was freshman guard, Dan Golaszewski, who added his own game-high 13 points, and sophomore forward, Allen Ozojie, was back in the lineup for his first game debut with a personal game-high, and team-high, eight blocks.

The 13-0 Blues will try to wrangle the Blue Colts of Middlesex College in Edison, NJ, on Thursday, January 20th @ 7:00pm
