Lincroft, NJ - Brookdale Community College men's basketball continued its winning streak with a dominant 85-58 victory over the Sussex County Community College Skylanders, securing their seventh consecutive win and improving to 9-4 on the season.
Freshman guard Emmanuel Miller led the Jersey Blues with 13 points, setting the tone with steady scoring and energy on both ends of the floor. Fellow freshman guard Donovan Summey matched Miller with 13 points, giving Brookdale a strong backcourt presence throughout the game.
Freshman forward Drean Aikins contributed 12 points, providing a consistent inside scoring threat, while freshman guard Kyle Fulcher added 10 points to round out a balanced offensive attack. Brookdale's depth and tempo proved to be too much for Sussex as the Jersey Blues built separation and maintained control down the stretch.
With the win, Brookdale Community College will remain at home for its next matchup against the Rowan College of South Jersey - Gloucester Roadrunners on Thursday, December 11th, with tip-off scheduled for 7:00 pm.
