Lincroft, NJ - Brookdale Community College men's basketball added another victory to its season with a hard-fought 69-65 win over the RCSJ-Gloucester Roadrunners in a tightly contested conference matchup.
Freshman guard Emmanuel Miller led the Jersey Blues with 20 points, providing a steady scoring presence throughout the game. Freshman forward Matthew Slaby delivered an all-around performance, finishing with 13 points, 14 rebounds, and five steals to help control the tempo on both ends of the floor.
Freshman guard Kyle Fulcher chipped in 11 points and four steals, while freshman forward Aidan Hamlin-Woolfolk also scored 11 points. Brookdale's balanced scoring and aggressive defense proved to be the difference as the Jersey Blues made timely plays in key moments to hold off the Roadrunner's late push.
Brookdale (10-4) will hit the road for its next contest, traveling to face the Salem Community College Mighty Oaks on Saturday, December 13th at 2:00pm.
