Blues Men Protect Home Court With Balanced Attack Against Ocean
Lincroft, NJ - The Brookdale Community College men’s basketball team delivered a commanding performance inside the Collins Arena, defeating the Ocean County College Vikings 87-69 in a well-rounded team effort that showcased depth, defense, and determination.
Lincroft, NJ - The Brookdale Community College men's basketball team delivered a commanding performance inside the Collins Arena, defeating the Ocean County College Vikings 87-69 in a well-rounded team effort that showcased depth, defense, and determination.
Sophomore center Evan Weiner set the tone early and often, rising to the occasion with 20 points and five emphatic blocks. Freshman forward Aidan Hamlin-Woolfolk continued his steady production with 19 points, attacking the basket with confidence and knocking down key shots to keep the momentum firmly in Brookdale's favor.
Sophomore guard Keith Allen added 16 points and dished out four assists, orchestrating the offense with poise and pace. Freshman guard Kyle Fulcher provided a spark from the perimeter, contributing 15 points and four assists.
With the victory, Brookdale improves to 19-8 on the season and continues to build momentum down the stretch. The Jersey Blues will return to their home court on Saturday, February 14th at 12:00pm when they host the Union College Owls, looking to extend their strong play in front of the home crowd.
