Blues Battle But Fall In 2026 Debut

West Windsor, NJ - The Brookdale Jersey Blues men's tennis team opened their 2026 season with a tough 8-1 loss to the Ocean County College Vikings.

Facing a strong Vikings lineup, the Blues battled throughout the match but were unable to gain momentum in most flights of singles and doubles play. Sophomore Kevin Silva provided the lone bright spot for Brookdale, securing a victory at fourth singles to account for the team's only win of the match.

The Jersey Blues will aim to bounce back as they hit the road for their next matchup against the Mercer County Community College Mustangs on Friday, April 3rd at 3:00 p.m.
