Brookdale Runners Recognized For Academic Achievement
Lincroft, NJ - A handful of Brookdale Community College men's cross country student-athletes received recognition for their scholastic achievements by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Association (USTFCCCA).
Lincroft, NJ - A handful of Brookdale Community College men's cross country student-athletes received recognition for their scholastic achievements recently announced by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Association (USTFCCCA).
The following Jersey Blues were acknowledged on the All-Academic Athletes list for the 2024 NJCAA Men's Cross Country season:
Diego Alva - Automotive Technology
Lance Bennette - Criminology and Homeland Security & Emergency Management
Jack Kratka - Education
Jeremy Villagra-Castro - Undecided
Student athletes from USTFCCCA member programs must meet the following criteria to be eligible:
- 3.40 GPA or higher for academic term of participation (cross country-fall).
- Student-athlete must be considered full-time (12 hours or more) unless a special exemption exists from the NJCAA.
- Must be listed on either Regional or National roster.
