Diaz-Merino Captures NJCAA DIII Player Of The Week

Lincroft, NJ - Brookdale Community College freshman guard Leomary Diaz-Merino delivered a remarkable three-game performance for the Jersey Blues, totaling 77 points, 30 rebounds, 12 assists, and 10 steals to earn NJCAA Division III Women's Basketball Player of the Week honors.

Her all-around dominance powered Brookdale to a perfect 3–0 stretch with victories over Bergen, 61–48, Ocean, 81–44, and Northampton, 73–70.
