Branchburg, NJ- The Brookdale women's soccer team downed the Yellow Golden of Raritan Valley Community College, 7-1. Freshman forward Heather Arbachesky led the Blues offense, posting three goals.
Sophomore forward Simone McEnough and freshman midfielder Amanda Karabin netted one goal and one assist apiece. Freshman midfielder Brittney Ramsey collected her third goal of the season while sophomore center-midfielder Ashley Cafarella added one goal to the overall seven scored by the Jersey Blues.
Sophomore forward Brianna Penix dished two assists while sophomore defender Alexandria Montefinese and freshman Claire Begley each talled an assist.
The team returns to action at home against the Bulldogs of Bergen Community College on Thursday, October 1st for a 3:30pm kick-off.
