Brookdale’s Emily Murawski Named GSAC Division III Women’s Soccer Player Of The Week

Lincroft, NJ - The Garden State Athletic Conference (GSAC) is proud to announce that Emily Murawski, a freshman center back from Brookdale Community College, has been selected as the GSAC Division III Women's Soccer Player of the Week.
Murawski anchored the Jersey Blues' defense in two competitive matches this week, leading by example on both ends of the field. She played a critical role in Brookdale's 3–0 victory over Nassau Community College, scoring the game-winning goal while also helping the team record a shutout defensively.
Her performance followed a strong showing in a narrow 1–0 loss to Sussex, where she continued to display excellent defensive positioning, composure, and leadership in the back line.
Murawski's combination of defensive awareness and timely offensive contributions has made her an essential part of Brookdale's success this season.
