Women's Volleyball Edged By Ocean County College

Lincroft, NJ- The Brookdale women's volleyball team was edged by the Vikings of Ocean County College, 1-3 (19-25, 17-25, 25-17, 19-25). Overall, the Jersey Blues recorded seventeen aces, thirty-six kills, 7 blocks and thirty-eight digs.

Lincroft, NJ- The Brookdale women's volleyball team was edged by the Vikings of Ocean County College, 1-3 (19-25, 17-25, 25-17, 19-25).  Overall, the Jersey Blues recorded seventeen aces, thirty-six kills, 7 blocks and thirty-eight digs.

Freshman Ally Latourette tallied 6 aces and 5 digs while outside hitter Morgan T. Schweitzer collected eighteen digs and fifteen kills.

Freshman middle hitter Anna Litowinsky posted twelve kills, 4 digs and 6 blocks for the team. Litowinsky hit .750 with sixteen attempts and zero errors.

The Blues return to action on the road at Passaic County Community College on Saturday, September 13th.
