Brookdale Comes Up Short In 67-62 Matchup With Atlantic Cape
Lincroft, NJ - Brookdale women’s basketball battled through a tight conference matchup but fell 67-62 to the Atlantic Cape Community College Buccaneers. The Jersey Blues kept the game within reach throughout, led by freshman guard Leomary Diaz-Merino, who posted 21 points and six assists to pace the offense.

The Jersey Blues kept the game within reach throughout, led by freshman guard Leomary Diaz-Merino, who posted 21 points and six assists to pace the offense.
Freshman guard Laila Hagan contributed 14 points and four assists, while sophomore guard Jocelyn Jackson added 13 points in a strong effort. Freshman forward Jamirah Glanton delivered her second double-double of the season, finishing with 12 points and 11 rebounds.
The Jersey Blues, now 3-4, will look to rebound on the road when they face the Bergen Community College Bulldogs on Thursday, December 4th at 5:00 pm.
